The Old Village School dates back to 1890 located in the heart of the pretty hillside village of Peyia, not far from Coral Bay, The Akamas National Park and the Quaint Harbour of Agious Georgious. These delightful 'Gites' offer you your very own 'Mamma Mia' on the beautiful island of Cyprus.
The 'Gites' have been lovingly restored being set amidst the courtyards and gardens that are awash with colours and beautiful fragrances. A secluded pool in the midst of the garden area is somewhere you can relax or take a refreshing dip. Village life and the tavernas, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, and supermarket are conveniently located a short hilly walk from your accommodation.
OUR GITES
We have three separate Gites, offering different styles, character and charm you will adore!
Le Balcon -Sleeps 2 - A first floor apartment featuring a four poster bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and a log burner. A spacious balcony offers spectacular panoramic views overlooking the village, church and coastline beyond.
Le 'Gite' D'ete - Sleeps 2 - A ground floor cottage style self contained summer house nestled in the beautiful gardens next to the pool, with its own entrance from the quaint narrow lane. A hideaway you will not want to leave!
Studio Gite - Sleeps 2 - New for 2020, studio style accommodation with sea views situated in the courtyard awash with colourful bougainvillea. The newest addition for summer 2020 although it is the smallest of our Gite style apartments it is adequately equipped, comfortable and full of charm. The original stonewall is the backdrop for this delightful studio which offers a double bed, kitchen area, and a separate wet room with shower, sink and w.c. Then outside your picturesque window you will find your own bistro table & chairs for relaxing, eating & drinking!

Our well stocked gardens fill the air with beautiful fragrances. The pathways are edged with herb filled borders and the courtyards are awash with colourful bougainvillea

Located in the secluded garden area you will find the pool which is a perfect place to cool off after a days sightseeing. Or you may choose to relax on the comfortable sun loungers

Wineries Tour
Cyprus has a history of wine making dating back over 5000 years and has 50 recognised wineries on the Island. For good wine and a great day out a wine tour is the perfect option!
Cultural Sites
Paphos has a wealth of history and culture for you to explore , from the medieval fort and the mosaics, to the archaeological sites and museums. A must do is a visit to Old Town Paphos.
Diving
Cyprus has some of the best diving sites in Europe. Both beginners and the more experienced diver can enjoy clement sea temperatures, vivid underwater seascapes and shipwrecks!

We are very lucky to have George's Ranch just 6km away where you can book a beginners ride in the beautiful sea caves area or perhaps a sunset hack?
